![]() ![]() Though you have not seen him, you love him. Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. And this is not your own doing it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. Ephesians 2:8-9įor by grace you have been saved through faith. Then Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?” Saved by Faith John 3:16įor God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ. Hebrews 11:6Īnd without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him. Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. By reading and listening to the following Bible verses about faith we can grow our faith in God. We grow in faith as we meditate on God’s word, “So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ” (Romans 10:7). ![]() “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God” (Ephesians 2:8). ![]() If we put our faith in Jesus, we will be saved from the consequences of our sin. God’s greatest promise is that He will save His people from sin and death. We trust that God’s promises are true and believe that He will provide for those who seek Him. When we place our faith in God, we believe that God exists and is of noble character. ![]()
